FRC is full for 2009 as of February 18th. _____________________________________ We want to thank all the teams and runners for choosing FRC to be a part of your preparation for the coming 2009 Cross-Country season. We look forward to helping each runner and team that comes to camp to be better prepared for the coming 2009 harrier season. Note: We will accept a small number of applicants on a wait list, for we can only add names from the wait list if we get cancellations. ___________________________________________ While at FRC you will enjoy a full summer camp experience with our focus and emphasis on cross-country training. In addition to great workouts which will be tailored to each runner’s needs, guest speakers who will inform, excite and challenge you to become the best you can be, and a staff of coaches and runners who live and love the sport of ccross-country, you’ll also have the chance to enjoy swimming, canoeing, basketball, tennis, bocce, cabin vs cabin tri-athlon competition, acqua training, evening camp fires, and you’ll receive a camp t-shirt and your FRC calendar loaded with pictures from your week at Foss.
